GTA writer Take-Two Interactive has withdrawn from a publishing settlement with Folks Can Fly, two years into the event of the studio’s subsequent mission.

The Outriders developer introduced the top of the partnership in a statement that stated the studio had “obtained from Take-Two Interactive a letter of intent to terminate the event and publishing settlement via mutual understanding”.

Take-Two was set to publish an as-yet-unannounced “action-adventure” recreation primarily based on an authentic IP. Codenamed Undertaking Dagger, the sport remains to be in pre-production. Folks Can Fly says it should now deal with tightening its fight and recreation loops, in addition to migrating it from Unreal Engine four to Unreal Engine 5.
