Google Colab PAYG
In a launch on the TensorFlow weblog , Colab product lead Chris Perry says that Colab’s free-of-charge tier “stays in its present type.” The distinction is that customers will now have entry to purchase so-called “compute models”, that is set to a price of $9.99 for 100 or $49.99 for 500 (providing no bulk-buy low cost).
As a part of the rollout, paying clients will acquire extra entry to premium GPUs, which are “usually NVIDIA V100 or A100 Tensor Core.” In distinction, normal GPUs (out there to each free and paying client) are “usually NVIDIA T4 Tensor Core”.
We are saying “usually”, as a result of Google saying the chip kind project is just not assured. Availability and your paid stability are some elements which are thought of in their allocation. One factor value noting is that premium GPUs will deplete your “compute models” faster than normal GPUs, so shall be extra pricey in consequence.
